It’s been a slow start but I am starting to have some bouquets from the garden. Love my lavender, russian sage, and little zinnias.
The laying ladies have picked up speed and the rosemary is growing nicely. Just made a delicious egg salad with homemade mayonnaise and a wonderful pasta fagioli soup with rosemary, kale, Jacob’s cattle beans (last year’s crop), and parsley from the garden. Yumm.
